About the Project
ABOUT THE PROJECT

PROTEX is an independent research and development project focused on how knowledge, context, and decision boundaries shape the behaviour of AI-supported systems.

The project explores how expert knowledge can be prepared, structured, and governed so that AI systems operate on verified context and explicit limits, rather than probabilistic guessing or post-hoc correction.

Its broader focus includes structured knowledge architectures, procedural AI systems, governance frameworks, and psychologically informed approaches to system design and decision support.

RESEARCH CONTRIBUTORS

PROTEX is developed through an interdisciplinary approach combining psychology, system architecture, governance, and applied research into how AI systems operate in real organisational environments.

Victoria Ma

Victoria Ma, MA, BSc
Victoria contributes to the project through work on governance, compliance, and organisational accountability in AI-supported systems. Her background in law and accounting informs how responsibility, risk, and regulatory clarity are integrated into system design.

Karol Barciok

Karol Barciok, MSc, MA
Karol focuses on knowledge architecture, AI system logic, and psychologically informed design. His background in psychology, therapy, resocialization, and decision processes informs how systems are shaped around human interpretation, cognitive bias, narrative structure, and bounded operational roles.
