PROTEX is an independent research, teaching, and applied AI programme focused on how knowledge architecture, context, uncertainty, and decision boundaries shape the behaviour of AI-supported systems.
The project explores how expert and organisational knowledge can be prepared, structured, retrieved, evaluated, and governed so that AI systems operate on verified context and explicit limits rather than uncontrolled inference or post-hoc correction.
Its broader focus includes structured knowledge architectures, AI evaluation, procedural AI systems, governance frameworks, Human-AI Collaboration, and educational demonstrations of how AI systems behave in complex knowledge environments.
PROTEX is developed through an interdisciplinary approach combining psychology, knowledge architecture, governance, AI evaluation, and applied research into how AI systems operate in real organisational and analytical environments.
